Cake can be cut directly on the high temperature resistant glass base so it can be left on the base until it has been eaten. The silicone hoop makes de-moulding the cake fast and easy with perfect results, especially with cold cakes that are perfectly smooth and shiny. The closure system with a silicone clip and seal means opening and closing the mould is effortless and you can avoid spilling the dough. Even though the silicone and the tempered glass are more temperature resistant, the mould should be used between -60ºC and 230ºC because of the plastic piece.
