The Red Rock grill is made of forged aluminium and has a riveted 18/10 stainless steel handle. It's specially designed for induction, but it's compatible with all cooktops. Thanks to its complete 18% steel disk, the full diffuser bottom heats up quickly and evenly and saves energy. It has 3 layers of high quality stone style Quantanium non-stick coating that is PFOA free and low in CO2 emissions. One thing that sets the Red Rock series apart is that it's bright red on the inside and outside. The inside surface is textured and reinforced by being impacted with steel balls, which makes the non-stick coating stronger and it makes all the pieces in the collection ultra-strong.
